HealthyWoman 50+ tablets include Vitamins B6, B12 & Iron which contribute to normal energy release & the reduction of tiredness & fatigue. Vitamin B1 contributes to the normal function of the heart. Vitamins B6 and B12 contribute to normal red blood cell formation and to the normal function of the nervous system.
The formula contains Zinc, Selenium, Vitamin C & D as they contribute to the normal function of the immune system. Vitamin D also supports the maintenance of normal bones & teeth while Zinc contributes to the maintenance of normal vision, hair, skin and nails.
