These values are a main indicator of the daily amount of vitamin and mineral that the average healthy person requires to prevent deficiency. Levels above 100% are not a cause of concern for certain vitamins and minerals and can continue to be of benefit to our health. Other vitamins and mineral have to be more closely monitored on these fronts due to their varying impact. Therefore, at Winzor we use research and our expert knowledge in these areas to provide the safe levels of each individual vitamin and mineral.
